Tixel is integrated with Prekindle. This means that you can connect your Prekindle account to your Tixel account.
Once the integration is activated and a ticket is resold on Tixel, it will be cancelled and a brand new Prekindle barcode will be issued to the buyer in their Tixel account. This will also update the name on the ticket in the process.
All resale will be tracked in the Prekindle system.
To set up your event;
Step 1: Head to our Organizer Login
Step 2: Once you’re logged in, click “Add Event” in the top right corner.
Step 3: Search and select Prekindle from the dropdown list.
Step 4: Copy and paste your Prekindle API token.
Note: To access your API token click here or head to ‘Preferences’ in your Prekindle account and you can find it under the ‘Integrations’ section.
Step 5: Select the events that you’d like to add to Tixel.
Once an event is sold out, the event page will be automatically updated to show the link to the Tixel waitlist.
