Sharing Tixel with your Audience

Once you’ve created an event and have the link to share with fans, you can now direct them to Tixel for safe and verified resale!

This step is critical for guiding fans to the proper resale channel. Nailing this will maximize the audience data that you will have access to throughout the event.

Reminder: To generate the event’s shareable link, login to Tixel and select “Manage Events.” On the Upcoming events page, click the link icon next to the event and “Copy share link.”

4 Easy Steps for Sharing Tixel with your Audience

Check out our Recommended Comms Guide for sample copy for the below recommendations, additional methods for communication, and visual inspiration on how our partners are launching Tixel.

1. Add Tixel to FAQs and Info Pages Include Tixel from day one so fans know there’s a trusted place to buy or sell tickets. This builds confidence for early buyers and provides a clear option for those who can’t attend. Additionally, if you don’t offer refunds, remind fans they can easily sell their tickets on Tixel instead.

2. Link to Tixel when Tickets Sell Out When ticket tiers or your event sells out, add a direct link to the Tixel waitlist on your ticketing page or event description. This keeps fans engaged instead of disappointed, helping you retain demand even after sellout.

3. Promote on Socials

Announce Tixel as your official fan-to-fan exchange and include it in your link in bio. When posting sold-out updates, share the Tixel waitlist link and use assets from our brand kit to draw attention to resale and waitlist options.

4. Include Tixel in “Know Before You Go” Reminders

Most fan-to-fan trading happens 2–3 weeks before your event. Mention Tixel in your final reminder emails or social posts to remind fans they can safely resell or buy last-minute tickets. This maximizes attendance, minimizes no-shows, and ensures more tickets end up in the hands of real fans.
