Tickets sold through Tixel are processed via Stripe. In order to receive payment for tickets sold on Tixel, connect your bank account to your Tixel account.
To set up your bank account, login to Tixel and go to Account > Payouts or click here. Click “Add Bank Account” and enter your bank details. Stripe may require additional verification to finalize set up. If you see a message like the message below, click “Verify account” and follow the steps on the Stripe verification page.
You can change your bank account details at any time on the Payouts page.
Payout for tickets should be expected 3 days after the event.
