Once you're logged in to your Tixel dashboard, you will have access to download profiles of buyers, sellers, and those that have joined the waitlist. Add this data to your marketing database to retarget these fans.
Downloading Fan Profiles
- Log into Tixel, select Manage Events, and click “Audience Data”
- Alternatively, if you are already looking at an event dashboard, click “Export data” below “Fan profiles” or go to Reports > “Export Fan Profiles”
- Select which events you’d like to export fan profiles for and Click Continue
- Select if you’d like to export the data as a CSV or any specific CRM
