Once you're logged in to your Tixel dashboard, you will have access to download profiles of buyers, sellers and those that have joined the waitlist;
Your Waitlist:
- Head to the 'Waitlist' tab, and click 'Download CSV'
- See some of our ideas on how to best use your waitlist information here
Transaction list - Buyers and Sellers:
Head to the 'Tickets' tab, and click "Sales", then click 'Download CSV'
All Fan Profiles:
- At the bottom of your dashboard, you will see your . This is compiled from the buyers, sellers, and waitlisters.

- Click 'Download' to export this to CSV. You can add this to your mailing list, or CRM and use for future marketing campaigns.
