Once you're logged in to your Tixel dashboard, you will have access to download profiles of buyers, sellers, and those that have joined the waitlist. Add this data to your marketing database to retarget these fans.
Downloading Fan Profiles
- Log into Tixel, select Manage Events, and click “Fan Data” on the left side panel
- Alternatively, if you are already looking at an event dashboard, click “Export data” below “Fan profiles” or go to Reports > “Export Fan Profiles”
- Select which events you’d like to export fan profiles for and Click Continue
- Select if you’d like to export the data as a CSV and click “Download CSV”
Alternatively, connect your Tixel account to a CRM to directly sync Tixel data to your CRM.
