Leap events can be integrated directly with Tixel! When an event is integrated, any tickets that sell on Tixel will be cancelled and a brand new Leap ticket with a new barcode will be issued to the buyer in their Tixel account. The buyer’s name will also be updated on the ticket.
All resale will be tracked in Leap reporting as well so that you can see cancelled tickets and the new Tixel buyer’s information.
How to Set up a Leap Event
- Connect your Showclix account to Tixel.
- Head to our Organiser Login
- Select “Apps & Integrations” on the lefthand sidebar
- Find Showclix on the list of integrations and click connect
- Enter your login info and select Connect

- Once your credentials are in, click “Add Event” in the top right corner.
- Search and select Showclix from the dropdown list.
- Paste the Showclix URL of the event and click ‘Import Event’
- In Showclix, enable resale on the event
- In Tixel, visit the left hand side of the event page and select “Event Settings” and “Ticket Settings” and add the reseller credentials from Showclix.

Features
You will be able to see all Tixel sales in Leap reports. Tickets sold on Tixel will be cancelled with a note that says “voided via Tixel” and the new buyer will be added to Leap with a new ticket that says “ticket imported via a third-party provider.”
You can also enable the ability for fans to resell their ticket on Tixel directly from their Leap account. This will create a “Sell Tickets” button that brings them directly to a listing page on Tixel.
