What types of events cannot be integrated with Tixel?
The Tixel integration is only available for General Admission events, however we may be able to support the following event types if you contact us.
- Free
- FPP (non-Eventbrite Payment Processing)
- Repeating events
- Invite only
- Password protected
- Reserved seating events
Please contact events@tixel.com if an event of any type in the above list needs to be listed on Tixel and we can determine if there are any opportunities to accommodate the event.
When will a ticket be blocked from being resold?
- Order was for a free ticket
- Order was manual, or created by "add attendee" (not paid via Eventbrite)
- Order was comped
- Attendee has been cancelled
- Attendee has been refunded
- Attendee/barcode has been checked in
