My event has been rescheduled, what now?

Please report a rescheduled event to us as soon as possible via events@tixel.com

 

To keep our processes as streamlined as possible, when an event is rescheduled, all Tixel sales will be reversed and we will transfer tickets back to original ticket holders. It will essentially revert the event back to its original state as if no resale had happened. This will mean that;

1. The original buyer can attend the new dates if they can make it. 2. If they can't attend, they can follow the normal refund process along with all other attendees.

We will inform all buyers/sellers of this reversal.

 

We will create a new event for your rescheduled date, and fans will be able to list their tickets.
