Using the Tixel Dashboard
The event dashboard gives you an overview of the activity on your event with links to detailed data when needed.

Fan Profiles
This shows how many people have interacted with the Tixel event by either buying or selling tickets or joining the waitlist. This data is exportable using the “Export Data” button.
Waitlist Activity
This will show you how many people are actively on the waitlist for the event. Note that the “Committed via Auto-purchase” amount is the max amount that fans have pre-authorized their credit card for on the event. For example, a fan may pre-authorize for $100 but a $50 ticket becomes available and they would only pay $50 for the ticket. This number should be treated as an estimate since not all fans will buy at the max amount
Clicking “View auto-purchases” will bring you to a detailed report of who has joined the waitlist for which tiers and how much they are pre-authorizing for.
Resale Activity
Resale activity will show how many tickets have sold and how many are currently for sale. To drill into this data further, click the “Reports” tab and the “Tickets Sold” report for sold tickets or the “Live Tickets” to see what is currently listed.
