When a fan has an issue at the gate, here are some ways you might be able to help;
- Sometimes fans will have multiple Tixel accounts and get confused. Make sure they are logged in to the correct Tixel account. If they can't find their tickets in any Tixel account or haven't received a confirmation email - it means they haven't bought a ticket.
- In the rare occurrence that something goes wrong at the venue, the buyer can contact their seller via the chat function in My Tickets.The buyer can report the issue via chat and an SMS will be sent to the seller notifying them to get in touch to try and resolve it.
- As an organiser, you can cross-check all resale transactions from your Tixel dashboard to see if a customer has actually bought or sold a ticket.See more info here
