How to see the resale transaction list

Real time data on sales via tixel

Viewing Resale Transactions in Tixel

Tixel gives organisers the ability to view transaction data in real time. The transaction list displays which seller sold which ticket type and to whom. Referencing this list is a quick way to troubleshoot any issues that may arise on event day.

Accessing Transaction List

On the event, on the lefthand sidebar click the Reports tab > “Tickets Sold.” This will show you the history of all tickets sold on the event, who sold them and who purchased them.

Use the filters at the top of the report to filter for Fan Tickets only or Organiser Tickets only. You may also want to view by listing type Public or Private.

Click “View all Sales Data” and select “Export as CSV” to export the data.

Understanding Transaction List

Below are some important data points you can access from the Transaction List:

  • Barcode - the original barcode of the ticket
  • New barcode - if applicable, the new barcode on the ticket purchased from Tixel
  • Ticket Type - the ticket type listed on the original ticket
  • Buyer First Name & Buyer Last Name - Name of the Tixel buyer
  • Seller Name - Name of the seller of the ticket on Tixel
  • New Name - New name on the ticket when applicable, this may be different from the Buyer Name when they are buying for someone else.
  • Amount - the amount the ticket sold for
  • Listed At - the date the ticket was listed on Tixel
  • Sold At - the date the ticket sold
