Tixel is now integrated with TicketBooth and supports automated ticket transfers for both TicketBooth and ShowClix. This means that you can connect your TicketBooth account to your Tixel account.
Once the integration is activated and a ticket is resold on Tixel, it will be cancelled and a brand new one will be re-issued to the buyer from TicketBooth. This will also update the name on the ticket in the process. All resale will be tracked in the TicketBooth system.
To connect your accounts and set up your event;
Step 1: Head to our Organiser Login
Step 2: Head to the Integrations tab, and pop in your Ticketbooth credentials so we can validate and reissue tickets
Step 2: Once your credentials are in, click “Add Event” in the top right corner.
Step 3: Search and select TicketBooth from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Paste the TicketBooth URL of the event and click ‘Import Event’
